Fortify your defenses with this powerhouse blend of Baimudan Tea leaves, ginger, and citrus peel. Designed to support immune health, it’s both functional and flavorful.

-Fill a medium sized teapot with water and bring to a boil.

- Add the tea blend to a cup ( 1-2 teaspoons) or 1g:100 ml ratio

- Add boiling water to the cup

- Let it steep 3-5 minutes

-Strain the content with a simple Channi or muslin cloth

- Serve and enjoy!
